“Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. There is a long shopping street running parallel to the property's road. Our apartment was stunning! Beautifully designed, bright and spacious. “We had to nights at the hotel and wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. During the stay we experienced problems with the AC, but the staff handled this well and with a smile. The quality of the breakfast was not as we expected but it was ok. The selection of wholesome foods could have been better instead of a great variety of cakes. We loved the area nearby the hotel which was not at all flooded with tourists from Northern Europe!”
