“We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. The region around the hotel was close to Arts and Sciences center and unique architecture. Plenty of various food options including the Thai place in the aqua mall. We were surprised as most mall food is mostly chain. It was easy to get around. Breakfast buffet offered hot stuff, cold board, fruit and pastries. Would stay here again.”

“Very nice staff, room is spacious , staff is helpful when our car was broken by theft, they helped us called the car rental company and they helped to re-print my addission tickets for the remaining visit. ”

“Nice staff, very good location to the Museum and the beach. Terrible experience about the room. We stayed in the room 206 at the beginning. It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light. The next day, we got the room changed. We did not have the problem of the noise. However, the bed is another issue. The bed is not fixed, the rollers of bed can slightly move If you……

“位置非常靠近科学馆,比较市中心. 酒店停车费比较贵,但是运气好的话在附近能找到免费停车场. 总体来说是家非常不错的酒店.”

“New hotel, so clean and tidy. We choose the seaview room and the view is fantastic. The room is rather small and shower place only but not bathing tub. Anyway the toilet is clean. There is lots of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot is just 2~3mins walking distance. Nice hotel if you want to stay in the beach.”

“First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute.……

“The service was very good. You could get coffee and tea, sweet snacks. There was a refrigerator whit butter, milk, cold water etc. Very clean place. The location was fine, a bit noisy sometimes at the evening outside, but close to the Jardin de Túria.”
