“What a gem at Colonial Beach! Having never been, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything. Waking to the sunrise was a treat. Very clean. “The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. ”

Well equipped clean kitchen and thought put in to the little things you might need overall. Great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful property. “WOW,WOW,WOW! What a lovely home. Kathy was a super hostess. The house has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay. The yard is fenced in and kept our small puppers safe and sound.
