“This was our first stay in the condo. We have stayed in a few others the past 3 visits to Hutchinson Issland. Dave was wonderful to work with a checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. The double balcony provided ample space to enjoy the views and play card games with other couples. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed to make our stay perfect. “This condo is exactly as the pictures show. The place is beautifully decorated and it has everything you need. Very clean. It is a great location right on the lake. The lake has a sidewalk around it, there are also fountains and an island with a waterfalls. People are so friendly here. We did not get any noise from Twisted Tuna. The pool is usually around 89 and the whirlpool is delightful. There are so many wonderful restaurants right in the neighborhood. The ocean is walking distance……

“Lovely unit and welcoming permanent residents. I loved doing water aerobics every morning with the permanent residents and owners. Their some visitors by the pool however who would lay out there towels on the chairs and disappear, leaving others with a chair to sit on. One group hogged the chairs all day and played music disturbing others and disregarded rules. I was glad to see them leave and have a few days without them. Overall, I enjoyed the residents very much! Thank you for a lovely unit……

“We participated in an event at Carlin park, steps from this property. The unit was the perfect size, 4 adults, cooked most of our meals there, plenty of room to hang out without feeling crowded. Beautiful updates. Carlin Park is beautiful and beach only a little further walk. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Property manager kept in touch making sure everything was good. “We (2 adults and Child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The location was great; right on the beach, with a pool, close to Restaurants, and the Grocery Store. You have a view of the Ocean pretty much from anywhere in the Condo! There were plenty of plates/bowls/silverware/cups/kitchen utensils. And lots of hooks in the bathroom, right outside the bathroom, and even on the balcony; which was great and somewhat rare from rentals we've had in the past. The unit had plenty of dish pods……
