“This was our first stay in the condo. We have stayed in a few others the past 3 visits to Hutchinson Issland. Dave was wonderful to work with a checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. The double balcony provided ample space to enjoy the views and play card games with other couples. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this condo. Thank you, Dave, for a perfect……

“Lovely unit and welcoming permanent residents. I loved doing water aerobics every morning with the permanent residents and owners. Their some visitors by the pool however who would lay out there towels on the chairs and disappear, leaving others with a chair to sit on. One group hogged the chairs all day and played music disturbing others and disregarded rules. I was glad to see them leave and have a few days without them. Overall, I enjoyed the residents very much! Thank you for a lovely unit……

“We (2 adults and Child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The location was great; right on the beach, with a pool, close to Restaurants, and the Grocery Store. You have a view of the Ocean pretty much from anywhere in the Condo! There were plenty of plates/bowls/silverware/cups/kitchen utensils. And lots of hooks in the bathroom, right outside the bathroom, and even on the balcony; which was great and somewhat rare from rentals we've had in the past. The unit had plenty of dish pods……

“Condo was in great location, within 15 minutes of stores/gyms/restaurants/parks, but condo building was private, quiet with beautiful views of the ocean! Johnnie, property owner, was so nice to work with, prompt with responses and gave great suggestions. The condo was spacious for us, we cooked a lot ofMeals in and ate on the huge covered balcony looking at the ocean. Bedding was comfortable. Note, there is not a walk in shower, has bathtub/shower combos. Pool was excellent and had easy beach……

“Top notch gorgeous view with excellent accommodations. We have used VRBO over many years and it was a 1st experience that our unit was not ready upon arrival. The cleaning crew verbalized they were very upset about the state of the condo from the previous guests/renters. It was a disappointment we could not settle in after a long day of travel. We had to go find something to do for an hour or hour and a half. Also, we needed more toilet paper after 3-4 days and we were told they do not……
