“So what I wish is that the text I sent about lowering the air-conditioning would have been replied to. It would’ve been a little comforting that’s all. Everything was clean and nice. The only thing I would definitely change would be the toilet height. I have a very bad knee and getting up and down from there is tough. There are many people out there. Also have a problem with that height. I would definitely stay there again.”
