“The place was extremely clean and tidy. It was in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The house was perfect for two people. Everything was updated and seemed brand new. “This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo. ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. I quickly called customer service I want a full refund. The owner did not respond and I had to leave immediately and pay for a month at a big name hotel. “Overall the property needs maintenance. Rusty moldings and gates. Pool was in the process of being restored. Art/ hangings in the halls were shabby looking. Our unit had no internet Tv in the bedroom. The unit was clean and properly maintained. Housekeeping properly kept up our room for us. Staff was very pleasant, hospitable and eager to accommodate us and to ensure our stay was pleasant. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves as it was during off peak time. ”
