“I found the bag luggage in the room disappeared,suspected house keeper knock off, Notify the manager and call the police, but the manager hasn't positive reply to us and provide CCTV , until to now has two weeks, the hotel manager didn't even have a telephone . “We had a great stay at this resort . staff was great and friendly , food was amazing , and pools were clean and nice . I do want to mention room cleaning could be a bit better . there was hair and old contact lenses on the bathroom floor that remained for our entire stay - and our room was cleaned daily . ”
