“I did not like the fact that my room I booked and paid for was giving away although it was booked at least 2.5 months in advance. Paid for a king suite and ended up with a double. But the lady was nice and helped as best she could. Overall we were satisfied and will book again ”

“I found the bag luggage in the room disappeared,suspected house keeper knock off, Notify the manager and call the police, but the manager hasn't positive reply to us and provide CCTV , until to now has two weeks, the hotel manager didn't even have a telephone . “I liked how convenient this space was. However the place didn’t feel clean. Lighting was dingy. I’m pretty sure my bathroom was not cleaned. The floors were sticky but to get it cleaned you needed to request it 24hrs in advance. The guys at the from desk were awesome. The breakfast was lacking. But overall good for simple stays if you’re on a major budget. ”

“Extremely clean facility and room. Couple of suggestions tho: No glasses in room. Even a couple of plastic glasses would have been appreciated. Also, while coffee was provided, tea bags would have been nice. Finally, charge a couple of dollars more but provide a couple bottles of water in room. ”

“I stayed at another Tru in Albany NY and this did not disappoint. Stayed here 5 days. Loved the comfy bed & pillows, large bathroom, ample towels and cleanliness of everything inside my room and entire property. Parking, good selection for breakfast & proximity to highways was another reason I picked it too. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant. I hope these standards are maintained.”

“The place was kept very clean and all the employees were very polite and helpful. The suite had a small but very useful kitchen and real dishes and dishwasher. The only problem we had in the room was the bathroom shower had very little pressure so it took longer to wash my hair. The fans in hotel bathrooms don’t usually work as well but this one wasn’t to bad. The breakfast buffet had a large selection but it never varied.
