“The people working at the hotel were very friendly and the service was very good. It is a large resort with a ton of things to do, and the offseason room rate was very reasonable but keeping up with maintenance appears to be challenging. The front door to our room wasn't working. However because it was a one bedroom unit., it had a second entrance so that didn't really inconvenience us. ”

“The room was nice, the people were nice and welcoming and the lounge chairs and umbrella that were set out on the beach were comfortable. Beach access was great. The machine noise next to us was sounding like a garage door opening and closing and was louder than expected and kept waking us up. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. “It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. “I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!”
