“GOOD service started at the front desk checking in for my room. The room was all cleaned and room cooling system was very good. Next day breakfast was excellent. This was my second time at this hotel and i will be back again when i see my daughter. ”

“I did not like the fact that my room I booked and paid for was giving away although it was booked at least 2.5 months in advance. Paid for a king suite and ended up with a double. But the lady was nice and helped as best she could. Overall we were satisfied and will book again ”

“I stayed at another Tru in Albany NY and this did not disappoint. Stayed here 5 days. Loved the comfy bed & pillows, large bathroom, ample towels and cleanliness of everything inside my room and entire property. Parking, good selection for breakfast & proximity to highways was another reason I picked it too. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant. I hope these standards are maintained.”

“I liked how convenient this space was. However the place didn’t feel clean. Lighting was dingy. I’m pretty sure my bathroom was not cleaned. The floors were sticky but to get it cleaned you needed to request it 24hrs in advance. The guys at the from desk were awesome. The breakfast was lacking. But overall good for simple stays if you’re on a major budget. ”

“Gorgeous property grounds are immaculate and rooms are modern and well maintained. Only downside is you can hear your neighbors due to proximity of adjoining rooms only separated by a door.”
