“This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo. ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. I quickly called customer service I want a full refund. The owner did not respond and I had to leave immediately and pay for a month at a big name hotel. I had booked for several weeks, lost all my money leaving within 3 days,and that was a financial catastrophe. Roaches were in my bags, sheets, and I……

The only problem I have was getting the key out of the key box but my daughter Google something and she opened it other than that I can’t complaint. oh yes, I forgot my grandkids really enjoyed the pool and my daughters.
