“We spent two weeks at this property for my son’s college baseball trip. This is our 4th year coming to Florida and this was the best house we’ve stay at. Fantastic layout, quiet neighborhood, all the amenities, new appliances. We were very happy. The back screen in porch is a bonus. Had just two minor issues and that were resolved immediately. HIGHLY recommend ”

“A perfect place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Outside deck is large and very enjoyable. Neighbors are polite as well. Driveway entrance can be challenging. The dip upon entering the driveway needs to be filled in some. A beautiful cottage despite this.”

“We needed a nice place to stay and near the highschool for our sons competition. This property was conveniently located and around so many restaurants and stores. Upon arrival the property looked very well kepted on the outside. Nice large driveway. Upon entering it was super inviting. Nice faux fire place and super clean. Very spacious and lookes exactly like pictures. Room and bathroom were clean with plenty of towels and smelled very nice. Lots of basics provided such as cups,plates, utensils……

“We have been renting in Port St Lucie for over 15 years and this was the best. The check-in process was simple, the house and grounds were as described and well equipped and clean. Colin and Andrea were quick to respond to the few issues we had. Unfortunately we will be unable to travel soon but this would be our first choice!”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much in its quiet neighborhood. You need to drive to restaurants and shopping but it is close by.Erin was easy to very easy to work with. One suggestion is to provide instructions on how to access regular tv channels, e.g. abc, nbc, etc, in the house (via youtube tv). Thanks Erin for your excellent responsiveness. ”

“Spacious and comfortable, great location for our needs.Back sliding door does not operate well at all - extremely hard to open and close. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but that was quickly resolved after calling the manager. The pin in the door latch for the handicap bathtub was not secure and kept falling out.”

“Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows! Master bathroom needs a complete upgrade. The outside patio, dock and pool is fantastic! Good value”
