“We stayed at Shady Acres for the month of Feb. It was absolutely the perfect fit for our month long getaway! Three bedrooms and two full baths gave us plenty of room to spread out and feel like we were at a true home away from home. We had guests over for dinner and to watch the Superbowl. It was less than 5 mins to the Pt Salerno waterfront area with several restaurants to enjoy! We highly recommend this property and we will be back!”

“Loved the house. It's obvious that the owner seeks to provide a clean, comfortable stay for his guests. The house was impeccably clean and is as good or better than the pictures show. It also includes great extras....a bottled water dispenser that also is a fast coffee maker.....Peloton bike with cleated or non-cleated pedals....all new appliances and kitchen wear. Even high grade toilet paper! Can't recommend this house enough.”

“This house has everything and more! We were pleased to find out once we got there that it had kids toys and a high chair for my 2 &1 year old. There is a baby gate around the pool that was convenient to walk outside with the kids and not have to worry about the pool. Plus easy to remove when wanting to get in the pool. The pond is right in back yard and had ducks coming and going all weekend long. (Kids loved it !) The house is in an amazing neighborhood and perfect location with tons of……

“Traveling from Maine with our 6yo child, this was more space than we needed in the house but the yard sold us! Our kid happily ran around the property exploring all the beautiful plants and "coconut trees".we opted not to pay extra to heat the pool and it was totally fine. We had thought the was a hot tub from the pictures, but it turned out to be just a fun little side pool our kid loved. VRBO gave me a different code for the door than what it actually was so there was a little confusion upon……
