“Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive……

“Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, the unit doesn’t tell the story of how great the inside looks! We were pleasantly surprised at the remodeling on the inside and new appliances. We really enjoyed the space and comfort. Our family of 6 did great staying here. The view was fantastic and it was a quick little trail leading down to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys. Also, even though it was 4th of July weekend, we had a quiet little spot……

“We were looking for a quiet getaway that was close to the beach and only two hours from Orlando. From the property it's an easy walk to the beach and it was not crowded at all, I'd say semi private feel. Property is under light construction but didn't bother us. Our room was perfect, all new appliances, bed and bathroom. They did a good job renovating. Restaurants, Publix, conv stores all 5-10 mins away, very convenient. When we left my wife said, I'd love to come back so that says it all.”

"I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!"
