“We were looking for a pet friendly place to spend the month of February. We found the cottages online and gave it a try. Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. The landscaping is lush. The parking is ample. The dumpster is convenient and emptied often. The laundry room houses two washers, two dryers, an ice machine, and plenty of books and games. The……

“Nice accommodation and great location”

“The neighborhood and grounds were beautiful. The setting along the river was sublime.We were greeted by the owner and met the housekeeper who helped us immediately with soap etc for the unit.All was promising until we went to the unit. While I understand these are very old cottages, the cottages have NOT been maintained to a habitable condition. We stayed only because we had no where else to go. “In this out-of-the main street waterfront property, Bruce and I were very relaxed. This property is dated, but everything worked. The bed is super comfy. Kimberly our host was very responsive and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“First off, we have used vrbo and homeaway several times. We have always been happy with the quality of the properties and tend to overlook minor things. This one you can't ignore. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around, the floor in front of the commode looks as if you could easily fall through, palmetto bugs, completely rotted sink base in kitchen, rotted exterior unlevel floors etc. etc. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Don't go.”
