“This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo. ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. I quickly called customer service I want a full refund. The owner did not respond and I had to leave immediately and pay for a month at a big name hotel. I had booked for several weeks, lost all my money leaving within 3 days,and that was a financial catastrophe. Roaches were in my bags, sheets, and I……

“I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. There were few outlets in the room (and the USB chargers in the lamps were not working). The shower liner had spots of black mold on it. Lastly, the dead bolt……

“Very nice neighborhood, very quiet. Close to many things. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Owner provided a lot of niceties like shampoo, conditioner, soap, keurig pods, etc. Only slight flaw was no access to outlets by top of bed so we had to go get an extension cord for my husband's C-pap machine. Property was extremely clean. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. There are two nice new washers and dryers for use - free - and some laundry detergent available. We'd definitely……
