“We enjoyed our stay!”

“I stayed here with two friends to celebrate my birthday. We had a fantastic time. The Cozy Nook is downtown so everything is within walking distance. The pullout couch was actually comfortable, which I find is rare! The only issue we had was it was very very cold. The only heater for the place is in the bedroom. We turned it up to 75 when we arrived, then went to dinner. When we got back, it was still freezing. We turned on the living room fan to hopefully help circulate the air from the heater.……

“This home is definitely in a prime location! Right in the middle of town, it is an easy walk to practically everything. You might have to walk quite a while to get to your car, as parking isn’t included and during busy times, it is impossible to find parking in the town.The house is cute but starting to show its age. Things looked clean, but mildew stains on the tile in the shower and the terrible smell of cat urine when you first walk in didn’t leave the best impression. Thankfully the cat……

“We had a perfect weekend in Saugatuck and the surrounding area. The weather was great. The Nightengale Cottage was so comfortable and had everything you could think of for a short stay. I was located close to so many places in Saugatuck and nearby towns. Wineries, shopping, parks, restaurants, beaches - so beautiful!Directions for maintenance and check-in/out were timely and clear. Parking was right outside the house with only a few steps in. We definitely would stay here again!”

“Three of us enjoyed this upstairs apartment centrally located in the commercial area of Saugatuck. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the nearby river. Parking was easy and convenient behind our building as well as down the street. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved kicking back in the living room. We could open the door to the small balcony and enjoy the fall breeze coming through. Kitchen was adequate but we ate out for all meals. ”

“Stay away from this place at all cost. We didn’t arrive to property until 7 pm and it was absolutely disgusting. There were dirty sheets laying on the couch and a trolly of crap in the middle of the living room. One of the 3 beds had no sheets or blankets on them. It was about 85 degrees in the house and trash all over the ground outside. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to show up I informed them we were going somewhere else and then told I was only getting the cleaning fee reimbursed. This……
