“We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mamma Elvira, which is in the old city. A lovely welcome from Serena, the owner, who showed us to our room which was a beautiful suite and private terrace. There was a fridge with a mini bar and bottles of local wine to purchase. “The place is super nice, the rooms are very big and have everything you need in your stay. The location is super well located as it in the middle of the old and the new part of the city, you can go walking in both sides. “What a great experience after the troubles we went through the other places. Murphy’s law is definitely exists. But this one experience is as great to the end. Operated by the Family. “Very good quality room restored in historic building. Spacious room, very clean, good bed, good shower (except it was quite tiny). Good location in Lecce old town. Nice rustic roof terrace for lounge area and breakfast. But definitely the best was our host Tullio, his heart warming attitude made us feel so welcome and special. He really makes this accommodation stand out from the rest. ”

“it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy.”

“Anna was an exceptional host . She greeted us at the door made us a drink when we arrived and gave us complimentary fruit. She gave us a map and lots of recommendations of places to see and eat and drink. The appartment was lovely and modern and I would fully recommend this as somewhere to stay in Lecce ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. We had a good night sleep even though it was new year's eve with lots of firework. The room was very quiet. There were however 2 unfortunate things: 1. Check-in was not so easy as we didn't get any information about the check in. The time and telephone number on the website and Expedia our different which made it difficult at first to find our way. 2. Breakfast was included in the nearby bar.
