“I had wanted to explore the LA vicinity and this property was perfectly placed between malibu, santa monica, calabasas, and burbank, with a 40 minute commute to LA.That being said, the property itself is outlined by the topanga mountain ridge and the hot tub views are breathtaking at dusk, the trails are also so close and to die for!Also this place is very budget friendly for California, i saved over 1000!If anyone is curious this is a 420 friendly property and the vibes definitely soothe the……

“This is a great little gem! Greg is very hospitable and welcoming. They've done a lot with the little house and it's full of rock n roll and beach treasures. It has everything you'll need for comfort and relaxation.”
