“The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say.”

“The Brown Hotel is a beautiful classy historical treasure. The room was spacious and clean. We used valet parking but that was unnecessary since self parking was very convenient. Bar staff was great. The chef even stopped to chat about our shrimp & grits which was so so good. It was a short walk to Fourth Street Live area and most restaurants but it seemed super safe and clean. I would recommend 100%.”

“Very charming cabin and decorated authentically. We were very comfortable and also treated to an afternoon snack upon arrival as well as tasty breakfast items for each day. We enjoyed a walk down the road by the stream, but unable to canoe in the lake. Our host and hostess were very nice and friendly and very accommodating. Delightful experience. We enjoyed a visit to Bernheim Forest and rode the Bluegrass rail bike in Versailles.”

“The house was very clean and spacious. My family and I came to town for a wedding and it was plenty of room for everyone. The owners were wonderful. They answered any question that I had right away.They were amazing!”

“Everything about this house was wonderful and the house is amazing. Fully equipped, clean and organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and the property was spotless when we arrived. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. The owner of the property is a wonderful communicator and keeps in contact with you. I would most definitely stay here again! ”
