“Good ”

“Beautifully restored house with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. They even thought of all the little things that make a B&B special like leaving rain ponchos out for the guests on rainy days and leaving a variety of freshly baked goods out for late night snacks. It was a 15 minute ride to Churchill Downs and 5 minutes from downtown Louisville. But, there were many restaurants and pubs in short walking distance. I highly recommend the Market Street Inn. ”

“The Brown Hotel is a beautiful, old southern hotel. Due to its age, I am sure it will receive some poor reviews. And to be sure some updating could be done. Our mattress while still comfortable was obviously old. But this is a great experience because of the historic nature and beauty of the space, stay here if you get a chance and spend some time in the lobby and get transported back in time to how hotels used to be.”

“I’m a Louisville native. My boyfriend and I chose this hotel for our staycation on the 4th of July. Everything was excellent! The staff are nice and attentive. The pool and omg the showers! They had a party on the rooftop and to watch the fireworks. Great views! This is a great place to stay to enjoy Louisville. Would 100% stay again. ”
