“Very responsive owner and walkable to shops. The main drag is one block away which in the summer means walking gets you there almost as fast as your car. If you bring your pet, there is a nice small private backyard for potty breaks full of active tiny frogs which my pup loved. There is also a mature fig tree! “Hello, We stay Friday - Monday over Labor Day weekend. I wanted to see Cape Lookout. We took the ferry over on Saturday, which was just a short quick ride to the ferry dock from the house. We did purchase our tickets before going and the Ferries were sold out that afternoon. The restaurant across the street was wonderful. We had 2 dinners over there. The location, cleanliness and accommodations were all superb. We brought our 25’ boat and having it docked in front of the apartment was the biggest benefit for us.
