“This property had almost everything you need. We were traveling from Oregon so we’re a little unhappy we had to buy sheets, towels just for a two night stay. This has always been provided in any short term rental we have booked, it should be required. Great location and parking. Very close to everything. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and well equipped, though they could use an update on pots/pans for the kitchen. We experienced a short power outage while we were there (not their fault) and Vacasa was very easy to get a hold of and contacted the property ownerto get updates from the power company. “We stayed at the Sunrise over North River Beaufort House for 10 nights at the end of April to the beginning of May. We had two adults, a pet and a service dog in our party. We were grateful to have a peaceful location with all the amenities of home. The updated main living areas are very nice. “We enjoyed this house which has obviously been recently upgraded internally. We appreciated the availability of towels and sheets. Great view in the morning. I was easily able to park my boat under the house. You will have to back in down a longerish driveway but it's doable. The issues we found include the stairs need some attention along with a larger end of driveway rut that needs to be filled where dirt meets pavement. We also saw the washing machine was not working.
