“The property was clean and well kept. The outside was cleared enough to park and walk around the house but enough flora was kept to keep the birds around for easy viewing. The interior was clean and well laid out. The kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare dinner and all appliances worked. The screened porch was most enjoyable and the swing turned out to be our favorite spot. Good views, easy access to the beach and close proximity to the ferry are a big plus. There is a military live fire……

“We loved Mike’s house! He’s a great host- communication was quick and clear. No laundry list of cleaning tasks upon check out which was nice. The house is adorable. It’s larger than it looks from the outside and has everything you need. We stayed here with our 9 month old and old man dog and everyone loved it! Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is really spacious for family meals. AC works like a charm, the temp was comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower and the proximity to the Cape Lookout……
