The cottage is very beautiful, updated, and is filled with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy. The large deck provides a great place for morning coffee with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed using the new kayaks to explore the lakeshore, and sitting by the campfire almost every night. Plenty of room for our family. Loved……

“A well kept and well stocked cottage with beautiful views of Grand Lake. Friendly neighborhood on a tucked-away drive. The host communicated everything very well. Being halfway between Rogers City and Alpena, this remote spot has plenty within easy driving distance.”

“We were in Alpena for a weekend of baseball. This was a great place to relax and recharge between games. Everything was neat and clean and Jennie was very helpful when he had a question. ”

“Excellent location. Walkable to everything. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Much more than we expected. Main floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Basement has 4th bedroom and bath, pool table and gathering space. kitchen stocked with new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. ”

“This location was perfect for walking to shops and eateries (we recommend the Black Sheep). The place was bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The shower with 2 heads was a fun bonus. We went for fall hiking, biking, and relaxation and this place was perfect for our stay. Communication with the host was spectacular. This is possibly the best VRBO we have stayed in.”
