“We came to Sidney to celebrate graduation and this was the perfect place to get together, have a BBQ and celebrate our nieces graduation. The house had a lot of little touches that were a hit and gave us some ideas for our vacation rental. The adults loved the coffee bar and the kids loved the extra treats from the smores to the popcorn. Highly recommend!”

“the price for a small town. the bathroom was clean, half of the light bulbs were out, carpet was very stained and had a lot of burn marks ”

“The house is set up perfect. Had everything we needed and more. Quiet as a mouse in the area it is located. You do have to drive on gravel about a mile or so but road is well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.”
