“We had 2 bedrooms connecting to each other with 2 extra lockable doors which was great. Rooms were clean and the size was acceptable. Free use of laundry and dryer which was another plus. However, toilet was small and the sink was so tiny. Friendly staff. Would recommend it to friends.”

“The hotel is a great location very close to Kings Cross station which is only 2 stops aways from the city centre. The hotel was very clean although there was an odour coming from the room but after a while you don’t notice it anymore. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout stay. The hotel was very quiet at night even though it is on the Main Street and great choice of bakeries and bars close by. Highly recommend and would stay again. ”

“I stayed here with my family ten years ago, and I am back solo traveling. This hotel is like a family-owned hotel, no fancy decor and even no lift, but the owner was very nice. He chatted with me and was kind enough to carry my suitcase up the stairs for me. He even offered me a room for three people only for myself. The only thing I would complain about is the transportation, but there is a train station and a bus stop only less than five minutes away. I would stay here again.”

“Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). Then, we found out the a/c system wasn’t working, we told the manager again and then he came with his boss, I think, their……

“The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. ”

“Experience is fair, bed is comfortable. Since renovation work is conducted on the floor so there was a smell. The hygiene of the kitchen facilities needs improvement.”
