“Nice hotel, clean, great location, few mins walk from city centre. Staff very polite and friendly. We stayed in the suite which is their most expensive room but was surprised we had to pay extra to use the saunas, this should have been included. Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. “We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid. The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean. At this price i would'nt……
