“This was a great location. The facilities were great- free laundry for example. It was amazing to have two bathrooms. The mattress was a little wonky but still comfortable. Dishwasher in apartment. Would definitely stay again ”

“Delicious breakfast buffet with amazing and helpful staff. Loved the pool location being central and private in the middle of the triangle of rooms. Handy to shopping and lots of restaurants. Close access to a main highway. Spacious room with kitchen area stocked with some dishes and utensils. Central to Legoland and SeaWorld and other places we wanted to visit. (30 min drive or less to all of them) Would definitely stay here again. ”

“You get what you pay for I suppose. The hotel feels very old and dirty. The elevator door is the first indicator of the poorly maintained nature of the hotel. The corridors and rooms smell and the back stairs (the way to get out to the various sides of the hotel) are clearly never vacuumed. There is a (now) chargeable laundry service in the hotel. Boy, what an effort to get that started. They like to make life difficult and I am pleased to report they have excelled in the task. The breakfast……

“Perfect location ”

“We spent our spring break at Bandy Canyon Ranch. It was wonderful! Our family (Dad, Mom, 2 young kids) stayed in the Peacock Cottage. It's recently been renovated and was very comfortable. A quick note: BCR got new owners a few years back, and they're actively investing in the property. They're going through each cottage to upgrade/renovate it. (One was actively being worked on while we were there.) The same is true of the grounds. Our kids loved the pool area. The grounds were fun and……

“We spent $624 on a room with sea views, and the man at the front desk, who had a rather bad attitude, gave us a room on the first floor of one of the worst corners of the hotel, and I asked for a change, but he said he wanted to add $150. I ask you to give me a statement, or I will continue to complain. Although I left the hotel.”

“Pool is outdated and no jacuzzi, but rooms were very clean and updated. ”
