“We stayed at Hotel Alvanche in Sauze D’Oulx for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great variety of food to suit all tastes. “Quattro giorni con moglie e figlio, l'hotel è in una posizione centrale, su una pizza, ovviamente a pagamento (ma in fase di ristrutturazione quindi senza parchimetro). Da notare che ci sono pochissimi parcheggi liberi nel paese, ma la quota giornaliera è di soli 5 euro. Personale sempre carino e disponibile. Colazione nella norma per un hotel 4 stelle. “Had a fantastic long weekend at Du Park Hotel, we stayed in one of the Junior Suites with a jacuzzi bath in the room. We also had 2 balconies with great views. The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre and the ski lifts. The staff are fantastic and nothing is any trouble. Would recommend and will be in the list to return too. ”

“We were a family of 4 staying in the family suite which was excellent with great facilities, modern, and roomy. Only slight downside was the noise from the ski hire shop directly above, 8am to 6pm. Staff very helpful and responsive. Breakfast ok, wide-ish choice. Hotel is in a great location. Could do more to compete with the lively apres-ski bar/hotel next door. All in all it was excellent and would stay again. ”

“E' un rifugio sulla pista (vicino al paese, ma sulla pista!). Questo dovrebbe essere sufficiente a descrivere La Capanna. E' gestito da gente volenterosa e in gamba, che vive la struttura insieme a noi. E' spartano: lussi e comfort sono altrove, gli arredamenti sono vintage (che è un modo carino di dire che potrebbero essere rinnovati), basilari ma funzionali. Esci dalla porta e sei sulla pista! Rientri da sciare, magari a impianti chiusi, direttamente fin sull'uscio di casa. Il cibo - menu……

“Tutto bene tranne che ho trovato il letto particolarmente duro e quindi scomodo e la stanza decisamente troppo calda, ma senza possibilità di regolare o spegnere il termosifone. Colazione con molta scelta ma purtroppo nulla di salato. Forse mi sarebbe bastato chiedere la sera prima, la signora sembrava molto professionale e disponibile. ”
