“Fantastic property. A true 5 star accommodation. The staff go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The spa area of pool, hot tub, steam and sauna were just wonderful. “The owner (Francisco) was so nice and accommodating. All the power went out in Portugal for 10 hours so we could not go out for dinner or buy supplies. He and his family provided dinner and wine for all the guests. What a great stay. Their house is beautiful and has been in the family for 100 years. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Don’t stay anywhere else but here! BTW the castle is awesome!”

“Great stay. Very cute town. Stayed one night. Had great dinner and breakfast at hotel restaurant. Rooms are pretty, curated by artists. Property premises very nice - be on the lookout for wild peacocks! Clean rooms and bathroom. Excellent customer service by Alinha at front desk - very welcoming and friendly. The family room was great for our family of 4 - lots of stairs, but it is Europe after all. AC units in each room!! ”
