“酒店的地點非常好就在逛街區，房間非常大床很舒服，wifi速度很快，到達酒店的時候櫃檯接待人員非常非常熱情告訴你很多資訊，服務太好了，早餐熱食冷食選擇很多主廚精心調配，非常用心”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“This hotel was very clean and I felt 100% safe traveling as a single woman. I bugged them for room services that weren't technically provided but they obliged lol. Good area, friendly staff.”

“I stayed at this hotel for quite some times and I do not want to switch to other hotels though the price is almost the most expensive one it is.”

“A lovely apartment for myself and two friends whilst visiting Therme. It wasn't marked up out front and no key in the box we were directed to, but the owners were on hand to assist (via whatsapp). Some water in the apartment for our arrival would have been nice as it was hard to find any shops close by to buy supplies, but there is a cute cafe and a pastry shop downstairs (though eveything was closed in the evening). Beds were really comfy. It's in a quieter part of town, meaning we had to walk……

“I can't say enough nice this about this hotel. It truly is 5 stars and with very good reason. My room was kept very clean. The housekeeping staff works very hard. And everyone else worked really hard to make me feel at home. I hope one day to make another trip to Romania, I will definitely be booking another stay. And this was very affordable. I would encourage everyone to take a trip to Romania and to book this hotel. ”

“优点： 1.房间够大，一房一厅，几乎有45平米； 2.房间里有准备的水果，饼干，红酒，水，免费的咖啡机； 3.离老城近，走路8分钟； 4.前台服务不错 缺点： 1.房间窗户对着街道，对面就是药房，窗帘不遮光，一晚上都能感觉到灯光； 2.早餐实在是一般，对不起五星级酒店的称号，说句实在话，不好吃”

“Excellent service from the staff both on check in and check out. Eli was so helpful and helped me with travel plans around the city. Nothing too much trouble .. great location, funky decor and style. Perfect for a short break. Rooms had English tv Chanel’s and the shower was excellent, with good water pressure. The only negative point is the lobby / bar / work station area is a little tatty / dirty in some areas. But this would not put me off from returning again. ”

“Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet.”
