“First time with this host and it was a perfect experience. I just wish the stay was longer. We’ll be back soon! Very clean and well equipped rental. Place is equipped with entertainment and detainment areas within and outside the house. ”

Nice kitchen. kitchen towels would be niceCoffee pot instructions would be helpful.Coffee grinder does not work.Bathroom door next to the big bedroom the latch sticks and trapped one of the kids ”

“Nice house in a Dallas suburb - quiet, secure neighborhood ”

“Could not believe this cottage was not swallowed up by the surrounding metro area. Livestock and wildlife greeted as we arrived. The wild peacock entourage saw us off when we departed. The cottage had fresh eggs and honey waiting for us in the open kitchen. The instructions were clear and super easy. The accommodations were fantastic along with restaurant suggestions. Thanks for the fantastic get way experience.”

“My husband and I brought some teens from our church to a youth conference, and we absolutely loved our stay here! The house was exactly what we needed and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if we’re back in this area in the future :)”

“The stay was excellent. The place had everything we needed however the 4 star rating for cleanliness was based on a situation we had on our last involving locating a mouse under the bed. YIKES!!!! Other than that, we had a great stay at this beautiful Hobbit House.”

“Good size great for big families. Missing some kitchen items like a griddle and some new pots and pans and utensils . Also those pillows and beds are not comfortable. Should have had thicker quilts due to cold weather. Besides all the negative things we made it work.”

“Overall, everything was great, however, the great room tv was in Spanish and there were no instructions or way to change it. Additionally, when we stepped outside the house, sitting in the driveway, there was a blocker preventing us from using our navigation system until we reached the Exxon station on the corner. (Note: The shower door in the master bathroom needs repair. It won't stay closed when taking a shower and there is a loose tile on the inside at the shower entrance.) ”
