“Enjoyed our trip! The staff were incredibly nice. I was bummed that our Oceanfront Studio had only a teeny water view. We were in room 113 on the ground floor. The grasses blocked the ocean view. The photos of the room on hotels.com show a gorgeous water view; that’s what I was expecting for my big birthday trip. I’m going to ask the hotel if they will provide any compensation or discount on a future stay. ”

“Great choice for all inclusive. Their sister property is also very beautiful. The beach service was wonderful! We were able to enjoy full days on the beach and only dipped in the pool once. The “food trucks” were our favorite for lunch and midday snacks. Also the liquor choices were all good. We’re from TX and loved that they had Tito’s!! Definitely make it a point to go to Noah’s Ark. Our boat day with Island Vibes was the most memorable. ”

“We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful. ”
