“The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. ”

“We loved our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay, the hotel, the staff, the rooms, the beach and the transport to the beach - it's a beautiful place to relax around the pool, so comfortable, and the designated area on the beautiful beach with sunbeds, sunshades & beach towels is a bonus! Great food at the restaurant on site and some great food at the many restaurants nearby.”

“Ocean View Suite was very clean! In room laundry was great and stocked kitchen made easy cooking. Walk in shower was spacious with good water pressure. Property was very very relaxed and quiet after dark. ”

“The grounds are immaculate and very calming.The staff (Sherman and Campbell in particular) are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Any issues with the rooms are addressed immediately. All of the staff at the hotel restaurant (Ricky; Myla; Mohamed; O'Neil; FiFi and the two Lanie's) make you feel like family. This is our fifth time at the property and we would not consider staying anywhere else, other than Royal West Indies. ”

“It was a nice and peaceful stay. Our bed was broken tho & the staff takes forever to do anything. Friday and Saturday nights would be nice to have entertainment”

“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”
