They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later. ”

“The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. ”
