“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”

“the property was magnificenty manicured with gardens, flowers and trees. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. We did pay for ocean-front view and did NOT get that. We were on the 1st floor and the trees blocked the ocean view. I would definitely ask for a higher floor next time”

“The grounds are immaculate and very calming.The staff (Sherman and Campbell in particular) are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Any issues with the rooms are addressed immediately. All of the staff at the hotel restaurant (Ricky; Myla; Mohamed; O'Neil; FiFi and the two Lanie's) make you feel like family. This is our fifth time at the property and we would not consider staying anywhere else, other than Royal West Indies. ”

“Ocean View Suite was very clean! In room laundry was great and stocked kitchen made easy cooking. Walk in shower was spacious with good water pressure. Property was very very relaxed and quiet after dark. ”
