“The grounds are immaculate and very calming.The staff (Sherman and Campbell in particular) are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Any issues with the rooms are addressed immediately. All of the staff at the hotel restaurant (Ricky; Myla; Mohamed; O'Neil; FiFi and the two Lanie's) make you feel like family. This is our fifth time at the property and we would not consider staying anywhere else, other than Royal West Indies. ”

“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”

“Ocean View Suite was very clean! In room laundry was great and stocked kitchen made easy cooking. Walk in shower was spacious with good water pressure. Property was very very relaxed and quiet after dark. ”
