“When I opened the front door, my breath was taken away by the beautiful views! Everything about the house and our stay was wonderful! The house sits right on the best beach in town, the water was clear and calm perfect for an early morning swim. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything P-town has to offer. “Very nice house to fit my 12 friends. Excellent accommodations and great location for us to get around the baseball fields of the Cape. Loved the views in the morning and evening sunset! Sat out at night and had a warm fire! Enjoyed the short ride to Hog Island brewery for good music, food and beer! Great place to stay!”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
