“The cottage was cute, cozy, and in a great location—just a short walk from the parking lot and about three minutes down a path to a quiet, uncrowded beach. While the beach was peaceful, it was quite rocky and had a lot of seaweed. The cottage deck gets full sun most of the day as the awning isn’t functional. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, as the ones provided are older and not very comfortable. Families with young children should note that the bedrooms get very bright early due to sheer……

“This little cottage was a terrific place to stay. Check in and checkout was simple. It was nice to have a kitchen and grill available. David was a terrific host. Very responsive and helpful. The cottage is in a great location. You can walk to almost anywhere you want to go. The beaches are a bit far to walk to, but the PTown shuttle is free, dog friendly and convenient. We took it to the beach several times. We had a great stay.”

“We are absolutely delighted with our stay at challenge. The house was in a very quiet area with easy access to the flats. But we were also a quick walk to some great spots in town. We are a family of four with two early elementary kids and a grandpa tagging along. There was more than enough room for everyone! The house is cozy and comfortable and stocked with supplies so all you really need to bring is your regular travel luggage and any meals you want to cook. But all the staples are provided……

“Mariellen was an awesome host, and made sure we felt right at home during our visit! Perfect place for a relaxing beach get away! "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
