“Charming is hardly a word for this property. The only AC is a window unit is in the bathroom directly across from the toilet. The only other window in the studio is inoperative because storm windows are bolted to them which prevents the windows from opening. I ended up keeping the door to the unit open and propping open the the storm door. The unit is extremely stuffy and fresh air is the only way to get any sort of relief. The ceiling fan is filthy and the side of the bed against the wall……

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
