“Exceptional stay at this lake front house, in all aspects. Host were very friendly and very detailed email about the house and your welcomed stay. House was very clean and nicely decorated. And fully supplied kitchen with everything you would need from dishes to appliances. Clean property, nice dock, outdoor furniture and gas grill. Short walk out to the sand bar in shallow water. Hope our dates are avaliable next year.Smith family”

“Just got home from our stay at naughty in the woods wow an amazing spot if you’re into using side-by-side or riding the trails at Houghton Lake. Great location, conveniently located by plenty of bars and restaurants auto parts stores and a Walmart. Only 1.2 miles from the Denton Creek trailhead which is a blast. It offers great trails in great scenery. When we got done, we lit a fire outback, and sat and laughed about all the time we had on the trails. We will definitely be back a great spot!”

“This was the perfect place for a quick getaway. The house was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The beach area could have been cleaned up better - there was some trash laying around. Communication with the host was poor. I sent a message prior to our stay to see if we could get in a little earlier and never heard back. There were no check out instructions given so we really didn’t know what we should do with dirty towels, trash etc. All in all it was a wonderful stay! ”

“Our stay was great, plenty of room for the 5 of us staying. We also had family members come for the day, and we all enjoyed the atmosphere, and the things to do in Houghton Lake. The house was well equipped with everything we might have forgotten back home. We loved being in the backyard having bonfires every night.”
