“夜遅くの到着となったため、無料ピックアップは使えないとのことでした。日本語版に片道送迎無料と書いてあったので、空港まで送るのはどうかというとそれはできないとの対応です。 また、4部屋に7人宿泊しましたが、電話が通じない部屋２、ポットがない部屋１、ドライヤーがない部屋１、グラスがない部屋２など、設備が記載と違っていました。 お部屋は概ね清潔でしたが、バスタオルがひどい。朝食はおいしく、量も十分でした。体調不良者がいたので夕食をレストランでとろうとしたらクローズだという。前日はオープンしていたのであてにしていたので大変でした。 価格を抑えて割り切って宿泊するにはよいと思います。”

“The owner was great”

“I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them……

“相片和期望不乎，職員帶我地去suite 門口時，門外地板係掘空既，跟本入唔到門口，但職員似乎無行動去處理，直到我要求處理先處理好地板，但間房原來水喉水量唔夠，只可以浸浴先夠水洗澡，而熱水都唔夠熱，所以私人桑拿都係唔夠熱，床都係唔平，訓得唔係咁好；第二日終於有另一職員幫手處理床既問題，但此終都係解決唔到水既問題。 希望酒店可以認真解決設施既各個問題。”

“The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. They provided tea to guests whenever they returned to the hotel, and a cool towel for the warm weather. The facility is quite new and well maintained. The pool was also nice. ”

“We stayed here for 5 nights. Had a large room， very helpful staff and beautiful pool. The hotel is a bit far from central and some tuk tuk drivers didn't know the hotel， always took us to La Residence.”

“We arrived at Babel Boutique 15 hours late due to a delayed flight and the staff greeted us warmly and showed us to our rooms. We had rooms on the ground floor with a back terrace area. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities you need for your stay. The hotel is small so has a ‘homely’ feel to it and most of the time we were dining or swimming in the pool alone. The staff are super friendly and although we didn’t use their Tuk-tuk service they would’ve booked anything we wanted.……
