“We were in CS to visit our son for the holidays.The location was perfect. 20 min. to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was nice and cozy. Clean. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Christy and Jihn were very responsive to the few questions we had.”

“The house and garden are beautifully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all Colorado Springs and the area has to offer. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked and very clean.Our pups enjoyed the fenced garden.The host was very responsive when we had questions ”

“This adorable place is perfect for two couples or a small family. It is close to everything - Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods and an amazing trail system. Groceries also close by with a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Every detail was thought of by these hosts. We arrived to freshly baked cookies (3 kinds), fresh cut flowers, a personalized note and comfy robes laid out in the bedrooms. Coffee and tea were provided and some nice bottles of wine were available to……

“Huge!! . Everyone had their own space. Very comfortable and casual. Great for a family, furniture was older and didn't feel like we had to put coasters under drinks. Only issue was that a door to get downstairs was really stuck and we struggled to get it open. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“House was as described, comfortable, and most importantly very walkable to the shopping district. We enjoyed the large dining table for puzzles and takeout meals. Hot tub was fabulous, with extra towels provided. This isn’t a luxury stay, but it works. Beds were comfy but sheets were oddly too short. Kitchen had all the basics but I wouldn’t want to cook major meals in it. Tea and coffee supplied, with coffee maker, but as a tea drinker I would have liked a kettle. Overall a very successful stay……

“I can’t rave about this place enough- they have set up such a calm, considerate and comfortable space here. Especially as a dog friendly listing they have truly considered all of a guests needs. I was here with my (as of this weekend!) husband, our 10 month old, and our 2 pets. Everything we needed was available, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. There were games, incredibly comfy beds and more - we do look forward to booking here again! ”
