“We stayed here for my daughters graduation and chose it because we needed three bedrooms and we wanted to be close to her house and CC. It was an inexpensive stay for three bedrooms which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The furniture in the upstairs bedrooms is very barebones and the beds were not very comfortable. That being said I realize that this was a very affordable option for our family. I would suggest new pillows at the very least. We……

“We enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom was in place, clean, and plentiful. No dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash. This place is the main floor of a historic home, which has been divided up for rentals on the top floor. The tenants were quiet … no issues at all, but of course you will hear them coming and going. A short walk took us to downtown COS to shops and dining. Parking was always available. ”

“This was a perfect house for our family of 5 adults! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and space for everyone. The living room was large enough for us all to gather and relax. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of basic utensils and cookware. We were able to cook together and enjoy meals as a family without feeling cramped. “We stayed three nights, and slept in both the main casa (once) and the very unique and beautiful single bedroom casa adjacent and across the private fenced in yard. Our two little dogs absolutely had a blast roaming around the yard and beautiful gardens (they loved it!) it was such an easy stay and the host was very thorough and thoughtful, ensuring everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone, but it was perfect for just my wife and I and our two small dogs. This……

“This is such a beautiful townhouse in wonderful location! We loved staying here and especially enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living area as we were traveling with a 4 year old who went to bed earlier than the adults. The personal touches in this home are so neat and the communication with the host was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!”
