“This property is so charming! The decor is cute! Our family of 5 had more than enough space, there is plenty of kitchen supplies, loved the balcony, and loved the location being downtown. The parking can be a bit tight, but we had a full size Ram and were able to handle it with caution. During our stay we did Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, rafting, the Incline, just to name a few things. Overall it was a great stay! ”

“This is an extremely nice three-bedroom walkout basement property. The exterior grounds are very much a work in progress, so don't let that throw you when you arrive. The kitchen was excellently organized and easy to use. The bathroom was small, but workable. The unit was very clean. The entrance was in the back, down some steps, and with a mulch path. Luggage is carried, not rolled, to the door. If we are in the area and need lodging, we will definitely stay here again. The host was extremely……

“This property is well maintained by Allen and Martha Young, who strike the perfect balance of neighborliness and hands-off management. I had only a couple of small cosmetic complaints, but Allen is aware and addressing them already. The kitchen was well-appointed. Note that you may use an electric skillet in lieu of a full stove. I found that this was plenty. The kitchen also has a microwave oven and air fryer, plus a full-size refrigerator. Location is perfect: a silent neighborhood with red……

“Cute and spacious! Just what we were looking for. On the downside… hot! No A/C and temp was in the 90’s. Windows didn’t have screens and there weren’t enough fans to keep the air moving. ”
