It was very clean, cozy (loved the fireplace and hot tub), and we felt very safe in that neighborhood.The owner, Austin, was fantastic with communication and answered any questions we asked. “As the title suggest it has a great view and overall experience was good. Location: the area and building is much older bit close to some Mexican food and the Colorado Springs airport. Safety: Because the area is older may look run down but there is a security guard and people around the building are nice and elderly. Parking lot has lights on the first two rows but further back not so much. Potholes in some areas so be careful unless you have suv and you’ll be fine. Room: newly renovated……
