“Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. There is an amazing view of the mountains through the upstairs skylight and the little stream running……

“Our whole family loved the lazy cottage. It was stocked with everything we needed plus some extras like candy treats, snacks, games. It is a tiny space and we were a little tight with 2 adults, a 4 yr old and a 7 month old but the location is six convenient we didn’t spend a ton of time there during the day. Would totally recommend!!”

“My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! ”
