I was a bit unsure about the fact that there's no front desk or attendants on site regularly, but someone was waiting out front for us when we arrived to help us check in to our room, and the communication was clear and easy to follow. She did not see the wallet, but put the do not disturb sign up so the cleaning staff would not go in until we could come back to check the room. We appreciate the extra effort Ashley took to put our minds at ease while we enjoyed our morning excursion. ”
